REGULATIONS OF THE FACILITY
Dear Guests, the hotel management kindly asks for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which aim to ensure peace and safety for all our Guests during their stay at the M Club Hotel in Gudowo and throughout the facility.
HOTEL
1. Hotel rooms are rented for overnight stays.
2. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
3. Guests are required to present a valid ID card or passport upon check-in.
4. The hotel may refuse to accommodate a Guest who has grossly violated hotel regulations during a previous stay by causing damage to hotel property, other Guests, or staff, or by otherwise disturbing the peace or functionality of the hotel.
5. Requests to extend the stay beyond the period indicated at check-in must be reported to the reception desk by 9:00 AM on the day the rental period expires.
6. The hotel will consider extension requests based on room availability.
7. The hotel provides services according to its category and standard. Any complaints regarding service quality should be reported to reception as soon as possible to allow for immediate corrective actions.
8. The hotel is obliged to ensure:
o Conditions for Guests’ full and undisturbed rest,
o Safety, including confidentiality of Guest information,
o Professional and courteous service across all hotel services,
o Cleaning of rooms and necessary repairs during the Guest's absence, or during their presence only if requested,
o Replacement of bed linen and towels every three days.
9. Guests may not transfer their room to others, even if the rental period they paid for has not yet expired.
10. Visitors not registered at the hotel may stay in a Guest’s room between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, provided the reception is informed. If visitors remain beyond these hours, additional charges will be applied according to the price list.
11. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests and visitors must not disturb the peace of other Guests. The hotel reserves the right to discontinue services to individuals who violate this rule.
12. The hotel is equipped with a video surveillance system to enhance Guests’ safety. Footage is stored for 14 days and may be shared with relevant authorities upon request.
13. The hotel reserves the right to request prepayment for booked services. In case of refusal, the receptionist is obligated to deny room access.
14. Staying in a room or leaving belongings after 11:00 AM is considered an extension of the stay.
15. If a Guest checks out after 11:00 AM, the reception system will charge for an additional night at the current rate.
16. Guests consent to the processing of their personal data for accommodation purposes in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act of October 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). Guests have the right to access and correct their data.
17. Upon request, the hotel provides free services, including:
- Information related to the stay and travel,
- Wake-up calls at a specified time,
- Safe storage of valuables in deposit during the stay,
- Luggage storage (the hotel may refuse to store items beyond the stay period or items that are not considered personal luggage).
18. Making a reservation and checking in is equivalent to accepting these regulations.
19. Children under 13 years of age must always remain under the supervision of an adult. Guardians are responsible for children’s behavior and any damage they may cause.
20. Guests should check that doors are locked when leaving the room and keep the room key card in a secure location.
21. The hotel is liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by Guests, as per Articles 846-852 of the Civil Code. Any incidents should be reported to reception immediately.
22. Guests are financially liable for damages caused to hotel property or equipment by themselves or their visitors. Charges include:
- Damage to bed linen: 200 PLN,
- Special cleaning: 150 PLN,
- Smoking in non-designated areas: 500 PLN,
- Bringing a pet to the room: 200 PLN,
- Room vandalism: the equivalent of the room rental price for the duration it is unavailable.
23. The hotel’s parking area is monitored, and the hotel is liable for damages occurring in the parking lot.
24. Personal belongings left in the room by departing Guests will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense. If no instructions are received, the hotel will store the items at the owner’s expense for one month, after which they become hotel property. Food items will not be stored.
25. The hotel may refuse further services to individuals violating these regulations. Such individuals are required to comply with staff instructions, settle their bills, compensate for damages, and leave the hotel premises immediately.
RESTAURANT AND COMMON AREAS
1. The Veranda Restaurant is available to both hotel Guests and external visitors.
2. It is strictly forbidden to bring and consume outside food or beverages in the restaurant and common areas. If observed, charges will apply according to the menu.
3. Children under 13 years old must remain under adult supervision and should not disturb other Guests’ comfort.
4. Meals and beverages are served according to the menu.
5. In exceptional circumstances, the restaurant may close for reservations.
6. Staying in the restaurant implies acceptance of these regulations.
7. Complaints about meals will only be considered during consumption.
8. Intoxicated individuals may be denied service and asked to leave the restaurant and premises.
9. Alcohol is not served to persons under 18 or intoxicated individuals.
10. Entering the restaurant implies consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing purposes. Guests who do not consent should inform staff.
11. Guests violating laws or regulations, or causing damage to the restaurant’s property, will face financial and legal consequences.
BEACH AND LAKE ACCESS
1. Guests have access to the lakeside of Lake Lubie.
2. The beach and swimming area are unsupervised.
3. Use of the beach is free, but Guests do so at their own risk.
4. Swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
5. Children may only use the beach and swimming area under adult supervision.
6. Motorized water equipment and bicycles are available for rent for an additional fee.
7. Requests to rent equipment should be made at reception.
8. Guests use all water and sports equipment at their own risk and responsibility.
9. The hotel is responsible for maintaining the equipment.
10. Guests are liable for damages or loss of water equipment, with charges for repairs and the rental period it remains out of service.
CAMPER CLUB
1. The camper site day lasts from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM the following day.
2. Upon arrival, Guests must complete check-in formalities and comply with the designated location for their stay and vehicle.
3. Guests must follow the camper site regulations, maintain cleanliness, and avoid disturbing others.
4. After check-in, Guests will receive a stay card, which must be kept for control purposes. Each vehicle receives an entry card to be displayed in the lower right corner of the windshield.
5. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
6. Reception may refuse entry to Guests who violated regulations during a previous stay by causing damage to property or disturbing the peace.
7. Guests must comply with sanitary and fire safety regulations. Open fires are prohibited; grilling is only allowed in designated areas.
8. Guests have the right to uninterrupted use of the camper site and services included in the stay fee.
9. Guests may keep animals on-site if hygiene is maintained, vaccinations are up to date, and dogs are kept on a leash.
10. Guests may receive visitors, who must leave the camper site by 10:00 PM after notifying reception.
SERVICE PRICES
1. The price list includes standard rates.
2. The hotel may offer promotional or special rates during specific periods.
